Large double room in a Victorian town house in Dunbar. There are two other lodgers staying in the house.

The house is a three story Victorian Town House near the sea. You have access to ground floor of the house which includes, kitchen, dinning room, sitting room with log burning stove. The second floor has the three lodger rooms and two shower rooms. I have my rooms on the top floor

I have had lodgers for the last 8 years. Some have been contractors working short term at the Nuclear Power Station or the Cement works. The majority however, have been young people from the UK & overseas who are living in Dunbar either through work or study. Surfers, kayakers and adventurers are especially welcome. You have the use of a kayak and it is only 200 metres from the beach. Dunbar also has a very active surf centre.

Parking is available and there is a small enclosed garden at the rear of the property. I am the live in landlord and young "Jimmy who is a black Labrador puppy has recently joined the lodgings.

Dunbar is the nearest town for Torness, Biomass, Cement Works, Wind farms and Brewery. Edinburgh is just 20 minutes away in the train

For single occupancy it is £550 per calendar month with all bills included. For double occupancy it is £600 per month.

I am retired and I love long distance walking. I would welcome either a single person or a couple who could look after my dog when I am on my adventures. I would not charge any rent for the period I am away.
