Dog friendly house with garden

Looking for a roommate - I recently bought the house in Haddington and have done it up.

I work from home working for 2 founders in the tech space.

I’m Luke, 29, enjoy all the usual stuff. Happy for you to have friends over etc. I like cooking etc so we could either do food shops together or happy if you want your own shelves etc.

I have 2 golden retrievers which you’re welcome to walk and hang out with or if you’re not into them don’t worry I do all the looking after :)

The house is in Haddington with a big garden, great for summer and fire pit etc. there’s loads of amazing walks.

The room has so much storage but I can get you any extra furniture if you want, or happy for you to supply your own. There’s also a tv slot for the wall if you want one.

There’s a big Tesco 5 mins walk away, a huge Aldi and other stores 5 mins drive away.

Edinburgh and fort kinnaird is a 15 minute drive away.

I’m getting a company car soon and I’m happy to put whoever on the insurance if you want to share it. Electric one so v small cost to charge it.

Rent includes all bills etc. if you want could get a weekly cleaner too which we could split.

Looking for someone who wants to hang out a bit maybe go for a drink over the road as there’s a beaut wee pub by the river.

Mom-Fri and short stay let’s also considered.
