TERMS & CONDITIONS
Tenant responsible for washing own laundry and disposing of any rubbish.
Tenant can readily use kitchen facilities inc (glasses, mugs, dishes/cutlery) and electrical appliances and can use Living-room/Conservatory to eat. Tenant responsible for washing own dishes. No items belonging to Landlord to be removed from kitchen.
It is the Tenants responsibility to keep bedroom and shower room clean. This is also mandatory before departure as room should be left as found. If not cleaned during stay then a cleaning process will be put in place by Landlord.
Hoover/Steam mop/Iron and all relevant cleaning products available to use.
Tenant will be responsible for paying for any accidental damages to property ie breakages or any other unreported defects which causes damage to landlords property whilst renting.. To cover this a payment for any repairs or for replacing any items and repairing them will be deducted from deposit.
Tenant will be responsible for paying rent on the day it’s due. If not paid a charge will be deducted from deposit.
NB. 1 month's notice required before moving out. If not given, 1 months rent will be due to cover this and will be deducted from deposit.
