I have 1 double room available as follows:
Fully Furnished Double Room in Large Town house close to town centre and beach etc
On street parking (permit required)
Includes:
Double Bed, Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers etc
Bedding can also be provided if required.
Double Glazing and Central Heating.
TV Point connected to freeview aerial and wireless BB connection.
WC next door to bedroom.
Main Bathroom shared
Use of Dinning Room and Kitchen, own cupboard space provided.
Use of Dishwasher and Washing Machine.
Use of fridge freezer shared with 1 other lodger.
Use of garden permitted.
All bills included.
We also have a cleaner that comes in once a week at no extra cost as well as this all cleaning products, toilet rolls etc are provided (more details on request).
Single person £80 per week or £345 per month

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE ROOMS OR UPSTAIRS HOWEVER SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE KITCHEN AS LONG AS NO ONE IS COOKING AND WHEN WEATHER ADVERSE OTHERWISE OUTSIDE IS PREFERRED.
