The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher (so there is no need to bring additional items). There is on road parking and the house is within walking distance of the University of Hull. The area is served by good public transport to the city centre. All bills are included in the rent (including internet access). Please note that I do not share the living room.
The £350 rent per calendar month is for a single person and a deposit of £150 is also payable, in advance.
