🌿 Spacious 4-Bed Home – Whole Floor to Yourself! Friendly Housemate & Pet Rabbits 🐇

Hi there! 👋

I’m looking for a new housemate (girls or members of the LGBTQ+ community preferred) to join me in my lovely 4-bed home in a new development in Marfleet. My current flatmate (and friend) is moving out, so you’ll be sharing the house with just me.

**About the space:**
🏡 You’ll have the *entire first floor* to yourself — that’s **three bedrooms** plus a **full bathroom with a bathtub**. You can use the extra rooms however you like: maybe an office, extra lounge, or hobby space. I suggest we use the smallest room for shared storage.

There is a bed, a night table and a clothes rack. If you require a set of drawers then you would need to buy one. My friend in planing on selling the wardrobe, or perhaps you could come to an agreement with him and buy it yourself.

I live upstairs in the attic bedroom with my own bathroom, so we’ll only be sharing the **kitchen** and **living room**.

I’m easygoing, tidy, and respectful of personal space. I also share the house with two adorable, free-roaming rabbits – **Yuki & Haru** 🐰🐰. They’re friendly, but if you have concerns, I’m happy to chat about how we can make it work.

📅 Move-in date: 25th November the latest. Date can be sooner as long as e give my friend 2 weeks to wrap things up.
