I have a double room in a lovely 3 bed property which is 5-7min walking distance to university. It is off the popular Newland avenue less than 1minute walk to bus stops, shops(tesco, etc) and the post office. Bus ride into city centre is 5min, or walk for 20min.
I am looking for a neat person to share. Would suit someone looking for a quiet place for study with an occasional party or having friends over.

House has TV with freeview, Wireless broadband, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, etc, a large garden, and BBQ.

Room is large with lots of light, a double bed, small TV, chest of drawers, chair and reading table. well insulated, double glazing throughout.
