Currently have a spare room in a shared house off newland avenue situated close to local shops, cafes, bars etc on newland ave and a short walk to the bars and restaurants on princess avenue.. The city centre is within walking distance but there is a bus stop at the end of the street with regular buses into the city centre
The house was refurbished to a good standard last summer and the current tenants are students at the university of hull. It is not your typical student house so student or professional welcome. The room is a small double room with double wardrobe. the room also has an ariel point for tv. The rent is inclusive of bills inc sky and broadband but excludes council tax
