The room,
Medium/large room, which Has been decorated and it’s so modern, comes with a double bed only, with under bed storage. This views from bedroom window is amazing and can see all of brighton. It’s a nice size room, with a lovely feel to it.

The amenities,
The kitchen has all modcons, including microwave, we have a spare fridge and loads of Cubard space, freezer would need to be shared. Bathroom would be shared again, clean and white, bath/shower.

Who would this suit,
We are looking for a professional person, who is clean and tidy, and likes cats (we have one cat)
somebody who is self-sufficient but also happy to have a glass of wine/beer on a Fridays, and enjoy the garden together. We are a friendly hard working couple.
