Cozy room in vegetarian house share

My time in Brighton is coming to an end, so I have to leave my lovely house here and find someone to fill my room.

It is a cozy room with a small double bed in a seven bedroom houseshare in lower Bevendean. It’s an incredible communal house with the friendliest housemates you can find! Most have finished their studies and are working, so it tends to be calm on weeknights with the occasional boogie or movie night on weekends. We’re looking for someone to wants to join the supportive and caring environment here! You don’t have to be vegan/vegetarian to live here, but we take turns cooking vegan meals for each other throughout the week and don’t cook or store meat in the house.

We’ve got a spacious living room filled with board games and pianos where we spend lots of time hanging out. There’s garden space in the front and the back with lots of fruit and veg growing, so if you’re into gardening, this is the place!

The room is on the first floor at the front of the house, which overlooks a small wood. You’ll wake up to a gorgeous view of the trees every morning. It comes with the bed and the built-in wardrobe, but I can sell you the other furniture for super cheap (or not, if you want to move your own stuff in).

I leave at the end of June, so the tenancy will begin on July 1 and be on a rolling contract, so you can stay for as long as you like.
