Double Bedroom In large House

Hi Guys! We are looking for a housemate. We are a male and female looking for 1 housemates to live.

- In the Garden There is a White Monocouche seating area its nearly done just needs painting! I didn't watch love island but according to friends It will look similar.

- I have just had all the ceilings in communal areas reskimmed and spot lights added. Gives it a really nice effect! Planning on painting the upstairs over Xmas!

ROOM:
Room has built in small wardrobe and a space to fit a decent sized desk, Double bed included. Brand new carpet and again tailor made black out blinds. - Also another Clothes Rack if you look to have it. Bedroom will be furnished and there is also access to the attic should you wish to keep your things there.

ROOM 2 - for rent

Downstairs - Large communal living area with large television sofa and dining table. Wooden flooring and will be changed but not until early next year but still nice area.

Garden - I have two tiers leading, one very spacious with the outside seating area. Second tier there is not alot going on at the moment but Watch this space!

A BIT ABOUT US - we are just looking for a chilled individual that respects the house.
