* Dog and cat in residence so only animal lovers please

*. Amazing outdoor space with established gardens and large decking balcony

*. Sole use of bathroom most of the time.

*. Driveway

*. Full time working (not working from home) professional . Sorry no couples.

*. Refs and deposit required.

Bills included unless huge price hike or excessive use then will need to adjust.
