Great location double room for a single tenant available in Brighton from the 1st August

Property consists of 3 bedrooms and you will be sharing with 1 male and 1 female tenant who both work full time. You will be taking my room as I will be leaving at the end of July and relocating for a new job opportunity.

HOUSEMATES - It’s a creative house, Stefania is a freelance graphic designer and calligrapher and Gary is a musician. We are sometimes away for gigs and work but when we are all in we enjoy a couple of drinks and food together with good music and movies and we enjoy having friends over (no crazy parties though!)

BEDROOM - The bedroom comes unfurnished although if you would like me to leave the TV stand and desk this can be arranged. I brought my double bed with me and the space has been perfect for my needs in terms of space with storage underneath. There is a nice big window located so it lets in a lot of light but not so much that it heats the room up or glares off my laptop/television. Opposite the room is a cupboard for storage as well as extra space on the landing if you need it.

LOUNGE & KITCHEN- We have a nice big lounge area with a skylight and enough space to hang out with friends, watch movies and make dinner. One of my favourite parts of the house are the foldable doors out into the garden area that are great to have open in the warmer weather but are also thick enough to keep heat in the colder months.

BATHROOM - There is a bath/shower and toilet all within the bathroom along with the washing machine. There are several places around the house to hang and dry your clothes as well as the washing line in the garden area where the sun hits through the majority of the day.

GARDEN - The garden area is great to have BBQs and hang out, especially with the doors opening straight out into it. There is also loads of space to lock bikes up and anything you don’t want out on the road.

PARKING - The property falls under parking zone ‘U’ and permits can be purchased from the town hall in Hove if needed. As with all of Brighton, parking can get quite full after 530pm but I’ve never had an issue finding a space.

SURROUNDINGS - Being a stones throw from St James street you will have access to supermarkets, bakeries, coffee shops, banks as well as some nice independent stores. Is it also extremely close to the beautiful Queens Park and you can walk into town within a matter of 10-15 minutes. There are also bus stops at both ends of the road for those who do not drive.

£545 PCM including all bills, £600 deposit. The lettings agency Property Moves based in Hove responsible for the property charge an admin and reference fee as you will need to provide references and for new contract to be processed. The contract will be for 6 months and move onto a rolling contract thereafter.
