We are a good location near to bus routes etc. Can walk to town and the beach a few minutes from Queen’s Park. Residential permit can be applied for if you have a car. We have children over seven years old and are a busy working family and all out a lot of the time. We have successfully rented the room for several years to a variety of people, we have a lovely dining room that can be used as well as the kitchen area. The room is in a modern extension so there is no noise above your room, the other bedrooms and bathrooms are all upstairs in another area. Female student/professional preferred please. Thank you :)
