The room is in a Regency cottage and is available for six months only - to the end of March 2023. You will be sharing with a 26 yr old French PhD student at SU and her visiting boyfriend.
The room is on the second floor and has a wide (90cm) single bed, built-in wardrobe, desk and a chair plus a very useful built in washbasin.
The ground floor is open plan, living room and kitchen diner, leading to the patio garden.
This is an ideal location because of its proximity to transport, sports and leisure facilities and a multitude of restaurants and bars, cultural and social venues, individual shops in the vibrant area called North Laine in the heart of the city.
Gas, Electricity and Water bills are included in the rent as well as cable TV and superfast internet.
