Hi, I am offering a sunny double room in my house, with use of kitchen/diner that has double doors out to the private garden. There is free parking, free wifi, washing machine, bills included, good transport links to town, quiet, green street with lovely views out to the Downs.

Good bus links into town, walking in is also possible! Close to University of Sussex, A27/A23 for commuters and close to Asda, M&S Food. Good walks from the house, access to Stanmer Park.

The sunny double has a comfortable bed, built in vintage wardrobe and desk, plus a vintage oak cupboard, a bookcase and painted wooden floorboards. People seem to like staying in this lovely room!

There's a beautiful modern bathroom with large shower and a large garden with many visiting birds and a pond.

I am looking for a lodger who is self-containted, clean, quiet and considerate, who is independent and likes to be out and about. I am a photographer and I work from home and my house is my sanctuary; I am a quiet, independent soul! I share my house with my small, very friendly dog Peg.

I am a live-in landlady and I would like to share with females only.
