Great house in good area looking for a new member

I'm Iain and I leaving four great people after nearly 2 years here. Gabi, Alice, Ben and Chris are all in our 20s and are looking for friendly housemates to take my epic loft room, arguably the best room in the house.

Gabi has just got back from a few months traveling and will be starting a masters shortly. Alice is full of positivity and an incredible artists; Ben loves good conversation and is a musician, and Chris has recently joined the house after spending a few years working in Cambodia.

We like chilling out together and going to events around Brighton, but also having our own social lives outside the house. As much as we all like socialising, we all value our own time as well. We feel really lucky to have a place so ideally located in Brighton - London Road Station is less than a minute's dash away (though you can't hear the trains), you have the Signalman Pub on the corner of our road which has great food and a great pub quiz on a Monday, plus all the supermarkets and corner shops you could wish for less than a 5 minute walk away.

The house has a big bathroom with separate shower and bath, an extra toilet, a well kitted kitchen with a dishwasher and new cooker with gas hobs, a washing machine and dryer, and good internet. We also have a cleaner who comes every few weeks.

There is gas and electricity which needs to be paid on top of rent and comes to about £80 every third of a year, but it's just been paid so no need to worry about that anytime soon.
