The room is a bright cozy single room in a flat of 3. The room and flat are furnished with a study desk, wardrobe, shelves, mattress and bed frame. It is always warm and cozy and is the brightest room in the flat with a super comfortable chair and desk. Lots of under-bed storage and an additional storage closet if needed. The wifi is extremely fast and more than enough.

The living room is very spacious, with a super comfortable sofa, TV, PS4, laundry airier, storage cupboard and tables/chairs. There is on-street parking and the view from the window looks directly onto the street if you parked your car there. Bathroom has a large bath, great electric shower and mirrored cabinets.

The current tenant enjoys having a chat, sports and sharing his culture. He is a mature student aged 25, extremely friendly and very easy to live with.

The kitchen is modern, clean and spacious with lots of space to store food as there are only two other tenants. There is also a washing machine., large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.

The flat is located in a quiet residential area, perfect for someone looking for both quietness and easy quick access to the centre. Only a 5 minute walk to the large Sainsburys and Aldi. Central Brighton and Brighton train station is a 15/20 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride.

On-street parking is available and it is free.
