Fantastic location in a quiet but central Brighton location just 5 minutes stroll to most popular places of culture bars and restaurants in the centre of town. Train station and buses are 5 minutes away also.
Double bedroom in lovely decorative order with Desk Own wash basin - large tv- wardrobe double bed. View to patio garden, Shared bathroom with shower on same floor. All beautiful natural cotton bedding supplied.
- A months rent plus one months rent required as a security deposit.
This is short term accommodation (2 months maximum).
It’s a terrific part of Brighton where I live in a very friendly community - the corner shop is a minute away - the main shops and Laines for vintage most everything are under 10 minutes away.
I live here and am approachable and always up for a chit chat in the kitchen. I live a fairly quiet life preferring the radio to the tv. Saying that I’ve managed to watch a fair few box sets recently.
I like to keep fit through walking, dance, yoga and Pilates.
The stray cat gets fed by me and calls me Mum. I live in a smoke and pet free environment.
I love the heat of the sun and like to potter in my garden and have taken to watching The Chase - sad but true -in a hope to take them on - in my dreams.

This short term accommodation may suit you if you are new to the area have work or are in between moving. I can be pretty flexible of notice period after a month. Thank you for considering my place.
