The double room faces directly onto the balcony and comes furnished with a double bed, small desk, storage shelving and a large wardrobe.. The flat has a large shared lounge , a lovely south facing balcony, separate kitchen with large dinning table and a bathroom/shower room with a separate toilet.
You will be sharing the flat with another young professional who has already enjoyed living here for the last six months and wishes to stay. Myself (landlord) and Lucy (current lodger) both enjoy a clean, relaxed and quiet environment when at home. When I move out I hope to replace myself with someone who is like minded , respectful and considerate.
