Room in spacious townhouse, in excellent location

We are two university graduates working in Brighton, with one room available from 1 May for 4 months.

Excellent location in the top two floors of a townhouse in a lovely part of Brighton, eight minutes walk to the station, five minutes to 7 Dials (with lots of amenities), five minutes to the town centre, and 10 minutes to the sea, which you can see from the flat's top floor. The space is light and bright, with high ceilings and large windows, and great views down onto Powis Square. Although within easy walking distance of the center of town, the square is always quiet, and our neighbors are all very friendly.

The living room is open and well furnished, with sofa, armchair, TV, PS4, and a table and chairs. We also have 200mb internet, as well as central heating. On the same floor is a kitchen with oven, hobs and washing machine, and the bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, one of which is the room being advertised. The room is spacious, with a sloping ceiling, and is in a peaceful and quiet spot at the top of the house with views out into the gardens.

Both of us work/study in Brighton, and enjoy playing football, board games, going out to the cinema in the evenings and relaxing with friends. We'd love to meet someone like minded who's looking for a new home in Brighton.
