Large Double Room to rent in Patcham, Brighton.

The newly decorated room is part of a 3 bed semi-detached house, which has also been recently renovated and situated in a lovely quiet area of town.

The house consists of a downstairs living room, open plan modern kitchen with a newly built extension dining area which lead by sliding doors to a south facing garden and onto the local park. When the sun's out it warms the garden throughout the day.

We have a main bathroom upstairs and a small toilet downstairs. One of the bedrooms is used as an office space which you are welcome to use.

All household amenities are here. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, Cable TV etc...

Myself and my partner are based in Spain. My partner comes back for around one week every 4-6 weeks for work, so apart from that you would have the house to yourself.
And we are easily contactable if you need anything.

There are regular Buses to the centre of town a 2 minute walk away. They arrive every 10 mins and within 15 mins and you are in Churchill Square or walking through the Laines. There is free on street parking outside the house.

Wifi & cable TV are included in the rent. Couples are welcome but the rent is slightly more.
