Great location very close to Preston Park railway station, near to bus stop and just off Dyke Road with easy access to the A23 and A27. Down the road, there is a post office, a coffee shop, a general store, a dentist surgery, Tesco express, off license, chemist, etc. We're in easy walking distance of Seven Dials and Hove Park.

We are 3 men living in the house in their 30s & 40s, respectful and tidy. We are all friendly and easy going busy people and it doesn't feel like a busy house as it is big and split into 3 floors. We are looking for a friendly professional housemate who is house-trained and will respect the shared space by being clean and tidy.

The house benefits from a large living room and a big fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, 2 fridges, plenty of storage) and fast Wi-Fi.

We also have free on-street parking 200 yards from the house or fast permit.

Smoking in the garden is okay.
