Hi, we are Kerry and Ellen, we live in a lovely three bedroom maisonette complete with spiral staircase up to the living room.
We are looking for a new housemate to move into our spare unfurnished double room. The house is in a great location a minute away from the 7dials with pubs, yummy coffee, shops and other nice stuff. It is also close to the town centre and Brighton Station. There is permit parking with no waiting list.
The house is light and airy with a large eccentric shaped living room.
We are two professionals who work full time, Monday-Friday - one social worker and one teacher in training. We like to hang out sometimes and eat or watch films etc. but also spend a lot of time with our own mates either at home or out.
We're looking for somebody nice and friendly but also respectful, reliable and tidy (not a neat freak!).
The bills are on top, this amounts to approx. £620 in total each month. There are also agency fees when we sign a new tenancy which can be for either 6 or 12 months.
If you think you'd be a good fit and the flat sounds like your kinda home, send us a message to introduce yourself.
