Double room in 2 bed house near to Brighton station sharing with me, the owner.
I'm vegetarian but don't mind if you're not....just looking for someone respectful but fun to have around, maybe share the odd meal or glass of wine with and generally be great to get along with!
I'm around quite a lot and like to have people over for dinner and weekend guests occasionally*, although conversely, when I'm working I can be away a lot too!!
A female professional is a must and no pets please.
There is no parking, unfortunately, although a resident's permit may be applied for, but it's a long waiting list!
All bills are included and I hope to engage a cleaner asap.
*Currently would not be having people to stay and would expect Covid-sense and consideration*!
