Beautiful bright and airy double en-suite room

Beautiful bright and airy double en-suite bedroom to rent. This suite is on the top floor of a large Victorian building. There are amazing views out across Brighton to the sea. It is a 3 minute walk to Brighton train station so fantastic for commuters or anyone just wanting to be central. Rent includes all utility bills and there is high speed broadband, central heating, double glazing and comes unfurnished. The room is on a floor by its self so it is very private. The kitchen is communal with all cooking necessities.

A point to note though is that the house is on the top of a hill and on the top floor (hence the great views) so not suitable for disabled persons.

A bit about us. We are a 50 yr old professional couple that work in London and at home on occasion. Both young at heart and fun to be around. Matt and I love this area, and we love being a part of this wonderful community.
We are very sad to see our old flat mates leave. We have certainly made life long friends. What we are really looking for is a cool couple who we hope will become great friends too.

We are looking for a couple or professional male or female that are respectful and tidy. We don't live in a palace but it's home and we hope to find flat mates with the same ethos as us.
We love to cook and eat at home often and it would be cool to have the odd evening together.
