Next to the bus stop, proximity to shops, takeaways and Universities. A year letting suitable for female international students regardless of age.
As I'm leaving from Brighton, I’ll need to find replacement for my room. All of the housemates are very nice, kind and respectful people (from Malaysia and Singapore) doing their last years and master in Uni Brighton and Uni Sussex. Each of us has own room in the house, but sometimes we make dinners together. Averagely, we are peaceful to live with.
First day of the month rent to the landlord £446.33 p/m per tenant. Excluding bills.

Bills: Approximate usage will be shared among 4 housemates. Both gas & electricity uses token method. ( like a debit card). So each month, everyone will top up certain amount to sustain the usage until next cycle. If you use less, there will be less bill to pay. Water bills is every three months.
Below are approximate bills but please be aware that these are measured during the WINTER.

• Gas: ~ £20 pppm
• Electricity: ~£30 pppm
• Water: ~£20 pppm

Furnishes:
• single bedroom as shown in pictures *soon
• 1 communal bathroom with a bath/shower.
• 1 communal toilet with sink.
• 1 communal kitchen with washer and dryer.
• 1 large living room with 2 leather couch.
• The living room has large sliding doors which provide the entry to our garden! So, during the summer, the garden is a nice short escape.
Travel:
• It's 1 min walk from Coldean Lane bus stop.
• 18 min walk to the University of Sussex.
• 6 mins bus ride or 21 mins walk to the University of Brighton, Moulsecoomb.
• The house is in a peaceful and safe location with a straight walking path towards the Brighton city centre (35 min by bus).

Room available as early as from the 30 September Sooner and later dates can be discuss further.
* Disclaimer: there will be nights you’ll have to sleep together when there’s a horror movie session night. And also cook together for some gatherings. Sometimes the house might get busy with visitors from friends are visiting from other parts of the UK and that is how you can make yourself some connections with people around UK .
*And due to the small opening behinds the counter top, there will be nights where slugs can be seen in the kitchen. There are ways to prevent them from coming in so worrying can be kept minimal. If the sink is clean, dry and not clogged, it’s not a problem.
*current picture is double bedroom, but the room to be rented out is a single room which has the same table but with a newer wardrobe. They have the same essence as a room . Will update the pics asap. Strictly to female international student. No non-halal meat and drink is allowed anytime in the house. Occasional boy visit with caution.
