We have a double room available in a lovely 3 bed house just off Ditchling road - 10 mins walk from London Road Station, Preston Circus & The Level.
The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk/chair, shelf and a drawer, and comes with a built in wardrobe/storage space. However if you have your own furniture you could replace it :)
You'd be living with me, Sandra (30), a freelance graphic designer (wfh) and Pete, a freelance illustrator (31).
The house has a large living room with a working fireplace (so cozy in the winter) a massive TV with a Netflix USB thing, a dining table and a piano. Kitchen is decent sized and has all the usual utilities. There's also a patio/garden with sun all day and 1 bathroom.
Rent comes to £500 a month, bills to around £140, and the deposit is £557 :)
Move in date in the beginning of July but we need a tenant ready for reference checks by the 13th of June.
