Very large room in house with big garden BN1

Large bright sunny room available in a 3-bed house in BN1 7GJ. This is a LGBT+ friendly household.

Regarding the photo of this room....the table in front of the window has been replaced by a very large desk since this photo was taken There is a mattress for the (double) bed, although it is not shown in this photo.

I currently live here with a lodger. There is a huge garden and unrestricted car parking directly outside the house. I have a small dog. There are no cats here.

New kitchen - with dishwasher and washing machine. Newly fitted bathroom with shower/bath. There is a shared living space downstairs with sofas/TV/table and chairs and a cosy woodburner.

Buses (number 50) go to the university from a bus stop just 3 minutes walk from the house. I think the bus just takes about 15 minutes to get to the university. Buses also run to near the seafront from this bus stop - and take about 15 minutes as well.

This is a quietish house - my lodger and I both get up early for work, so this place isn't suitable for a night owl I'm afraid, or for someone working late/night shifts. We are both friendly and chatty but pretty much do our own thing, just chatting and having a laugh when we both happen to be in the shared space, cooking/eating etc. Occasional Netflix evenings.

I'm vegan. Veggies or vegans preferred. There are 2 separate fridges.
