I am looking for flatmate with a real interest in having a nice home. Someone over 30 with experience in taking care of themselves, to maintain the homely atmosphere that is clean, relaxing and fun.

Brunswick square is a fantastic location.

Shared space:
There is a split level sea view living room (without TV) but has office space for a monitor if you wish to be working from home.
Dinning room
Bathroom (bath tub and good shower)
Kitchen with oven, coffee machine, microwave, 2 fridges, a freezer, washing machine. (and dryer)

Laundry drying room * and rooftop tiny terrace with hammocks and washing lines.
Loads of storage space.

Fibre broadband

free parking 8pm until 9am
free 24 hour parking 10 minutes cycle away.

No smokers please! (3rd floor) has stairs, so only suits a 'relatively' healthy person.

I see creativity as an good attribute in a house mate. A profile is really helpful.

It's important to add that due to the flat being quite large and in an old Regency building, it requires a flatmate with enthusiasm for spring cleaning and small DIY jobs. Also the plants need care weekly so it is suitable for someone that enjoys these kind of tasks in their spare time.

I am a 40 something artist. I run a small guest house in the town and travel regularly.
I love cooking and eating, live music and tea on the beach. I am quite healthy and active. I enjoy working and life, I like talking over philosophy, culture and big dinners :)
I like the occasional bottle of wine with a meal and a friend, but prefer to only drink socially outside of the house. I also like a little smoke outdoors. (not Tobacco) ;)
I travel for several months per year.
