Small double room central Brighton

We live in a 3 bedroom purpose built flat in the centre of town right behind St Peter's church. It's nice and quiet but it's really close to the Laines, Brighton station, Lewes road, Kemp Town and Amex.

We are two professional females who both love cooking, music and films. We go out with our friends a lot and enjoy time to ourselves too.

We would prefer to live in a relaxed setting rather than a party house. We work hard during the week and have to get up early in the morning, so we would prefer someone with a similar set up. We are sociable at the weekends and like to go out/ have people over for dinner but we don't use the house for parties- No crazy nights!

We place a lot of value in respecting each other's space and being considerate to one another. We cook separately and give each other space in the kitchen etc. We keep the place very clean and tidy and share chores equally. We don't appreciate loud or inconsiderate behaviour as we have done house shares before and want a quiet life.

We have a lovely little cat who is the sweetest, so you must be a cat person to live here.

The room is a small double which can fit a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. It looks onto our balcony and the views are lovely. The room is unfirnished and is 2.4ft x 2.8ft. The walls are a light grey.

The living room is large and leads to the balcony. We have a bathroom with a power shower and a separate WC.

The flat is GFCH and double glazed with an intercom system.
