**Housemates**

You will be living with 2 guys (Sim and Mortiz) and 1 dog (Scrumpy).

Sim - 35 works for a local software company
Interests - boardgames, sports (running, playing football, bouldering, pingpong, swim in the sea), pubbing, owning a dog.... Trying to cook vegan food.

Moritz - 37 year old professional songwriter and producer for major & indie artist. Into music, travelling, cooking, art, films, running, hiking, culture, comedy, coffee, exploring, philosophy, basketball, vegan, activism

Scrumpy - 4 years old. Medium-sized mixed breed Greek rescue. Bit shy but lots of fun when you win him over. Quiet and smells nice!

We are both vegan but thats just because its Brighton. Non vegans welcome too, bonus points if you are plant based!)

Sometimes it's tidy and clean, sometimes it's not, but rarely messy. There are dog hairs as Scrumpy likes to lay on the sofa.

**Bills**

Rent (£535) & bills (roughly £100) a month for internet, council tax and electric and water. Don't currently have a TV license.

**The Room**

Deposit is 5 weeks rent

Its a small double upstairs - its a masionette flat. Its the only room upstairs. It has a small ensuite with shower and toilet and private access to balcony and the garden via some lovely spiral stairs. It has space for more storage on the 'landing'

Balcony is west facing so gets some evening sun but they have just build a house on what used to be the larger garden so maybe it gets less sun.

It comes unfurnished but the bed, draws etc might be possible to buy off the current housemate.

Bit drafty but warms up quickly with the heater on.

**Flat**

The photos and video are from Jan/older so are a bit out of date - we have improved the layout of the lounge I cba to reshoot

Flat doesn't have central heating but does have electric heaters.

Lounge and kitchen are in one room. But its a big size. We have 2 fridges and 3 sofas so lots of space for food and lounging.

**Stuff**

Location is really good - close to the sea, pubs, shops etc and there's a bike hub/dock at the bottom of the road, and a bike cellar by the lower ground floor flat. We just chain ours to the railings and they seem to be ok.

Parking requires a permit and theres a waiting list...
Garden is very small but functional.
We have a dishwasher and a washing machine!

References and deposit will be required. No longer a sublet.

We have a 6 month contract from June until the end of the year then a rolling contract
