Double Room in Central Brighton Houseshare,

Hi There!
We are looking for a new housemate in an already existing mixed gay/straight friendly house share. It's a very nice spacious quiet house, located very central only about 10 min walk to the station and a couple min walk to all the bus stops at Churchill Square.
We are both easy going people, both with different interests and social circle so always have new things to talk about.
The Room is a good sized double room, UNFURNISHED Measuring approx 3.5 meters x 3 meters, plenty of room for a full size double bed and other furniture. With a separate shared bathroom, Shared with one other person. Communal lounge and kitchen diner.
There is also a small sunny patio garden. Parking is available. But is permit holder only, Zone Z. This may take some time to apply for from the council? Council tax, water, TV, and WiFi are *INCLUDED* in the rent. The Gas and Electric are shared quarterly between the three of us. Deposit and refs required, no agency fees to pay. Sorry No couples, Pets or smokers. Available 24th of January..
