Hello I am Marco, and I live in the house with Cristhian and David. We are all students at the University of Sussex, I am a PhD student, while Cris and David are master students.
We are pretty busy with our studies, then the house it is definitely not chaotic, but when we have time we are happy to chill out together and socialize.

We are looking for the last flatmate to occupy the last single room. The room is fully furnished, it has a big and comfortable desk and a big wardrobe (see photos). It faces the rear of the property, you got a quite nice view during sunny days.
We are looking only for students in order to have the Council Taxes exemption (you need to be a full time student, your course must follow the academic year, or in some cases last at least 24 weeks, and needs to include at least 21 hours of study per week).

About the house, it is fully furnished, it has everything you may need. The kitchen has all sort of appliances (microwave, toaster, etc) and stuff (dishes, glasses, pans, etc); we have a washing machine, but not a dish washer. We have a beautiful living room, furnished as well with sofa and armchairs. The rear garden is simply awesome, look at the photos! The house has two bathroom, but only one with a shower.

Rent for the single is 530 pcm.
Additional costs are:
- Gas and Electricity Bills: 20 pcm (maybe even less)
- Internet: 8 pcm

Landlords require a deposit of 1 or 2 monthly rents, and the first month of the rent payed in advance.
Landlords are very nice, they are always in contact and ready to help. I met them also in person.
