Move in date is preferably 27th of October, but this is flexible up until the 1st of November.

This light, spacious flat is on the doorstep of the level and is suitable for a young professional, as they will be be sharing the flat with two other young male professionals. All of the rooms are a really good size (especially given the price and location), enough to have a double airbed on the floor in the bedroom, and a double airbed plus the couch in the living room. Housemates are very relaxed, tidy people! The room did come initially unfurnished, but i have bought a bed and cupboards and desk since moving in. If you come for a viewing, you can let me know what you'd prefer to keep/remove.

Bills include £46 for council tax and roughly £50 a month for gas, electricity (metered), water and fiber internet.

I cannot stress how good value this flat is - I'm only moving to live with my partner.

Another room will become available here in the first week of December, so one of your friends is more than likely able to join you!
