Room Available behind Mithras House

If possible I am looking to room swap as I am looking for a place closer to central Brighton due to my work

On Dewe road which is directly behind Mithras house, a nice distance away from central Brighton, easily walkable but also very close to Coombe Road bus stop, Aldi and many other useful shops. A nice distance away from The University of Sussex as well.

A cosy room has a double bed with a small desk. There is a in -built wardrobe and upper cupboard storage space, as well as space underneath the bed itself. Lots of natural lighting.

A guarantor will be required and you must be a student. I am currently in a contract however if you decide you love it and have a guarantor all set the process should only take a few weeks! You will be taking over the second half of my contract which ends 24th July 2020

A deposit will be required also (which I'm unsure of yet but if you are interested I will contact my landlord who is lovely). Broadband is existed but isn't included in the cost displayed, so far bills have been cheaper than expected as our household has been very effective.
