Newly furnished room in peaceful BN2 houseshare

I am currently living in this room but looking to move somewhere closer to my new job outside Brighton.

It's a nice single room facing onto the garden with a sea view - was built and furnished last year, when the kitchen was also kitted out and the washing machine bought.

It’s a quiet but friendly houseshare, a mix of students and young professionals with a live-out landlady. Would probably suit you if you like your peace and quiet but also want the odd friendly chat/meal together.

There's storage space in the garden for some bikes and free parking.

Closest areas of interest are the Marina (0.6 miles), the Royal Sussex County Hospital (0.7 miles) and Kemptown (1 mile). It's also 2 mins away from a 1/1A bus stop, a great route that takes you through Kemptown, past the hospital, into the city centre and onto Hove.

Furniture in the room: single bed with pull out storage drawers, sink, desk with 3 built in drawers and 3 built in shelves and a wardrobe.

Communal areas/facilities: the garden, open plan kitchen/dining/living room, downstairs shower room, downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom and washing machine with dryer. Kitchen has 2 big fridge-freezers and all the usual: grill, oven, hob, microwave etc. There are some shared plates/pots you can use.

Bills and speedy wi-fi all included - the landlady also provides an occasional cleaning service for the communal areas.
