The room is small but the house has large living room, separate fully equipped kitchen and a retro patio.
House is on excellent location, close to all amenities and public transport.
The room and location would suit a single mature person who is working in the city centre or a professional commuter.
There are the normal house rules, we like to stay tidy and would expect that from whoever moves in. No smoking inside, but outside - retro patio - is ok.
View possible in the evening after 7PM or during the weekend.
