plus bills (roughly about £80 per person per month - that includes council tax, gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi).
Private landlord, no agency fees.
House equipped with all facilities, wi-fi, large kitchen, washing machine, two toilets and one bathroom with a bath and shower.
Room furnished with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Looking for a mature, tidy, quiet professional person for long term stay.
