Lovely bright double en-suite available in a 2 bed 2 bath house share in the centre of Brighton sharing with one other professional female.
The house is set over three floors with shared living/ dining room and open kitchen downstairs, small courtyard garden and off street parking in the drive which is amazing considering the location of the house!
It’s a 4 minute walk to Brighton station and a couple of minutes from the Laines and has a fab pub across the road but the house still feels lovely and quiet!
It’s an unfurnished house, the kitchen has a brand new washing machine and dishwasher, fridge etc.
The room is a really lovely bright double with polished wood floors and en-suite bath and shower room.
It’s unfurnished with plenty of space for a double bed, wardrobe and furniture etc.
I’ve lived in the house for 3 years and love it! I’m tidy and clean and like to come home to a chilled and peaceful home after working in a pub. I’m looking to share with someone who’s like minded about their living space and who will treat our home the same way.
It’s a non smoking house and no pets allowed sorry.
The house is rented through a lettings agent, references and deposit required.
The rent is £662.50, + approx £170 bills (council tax, gas & electric, WiFi & water rates) per month.
