The house is clean, tidy, recently decorated and modern. It is in the Westdene area of Brighton and has a large garden that backs onto the South Downs. It’s a short walk to Preston park station, or 27 bus into town and the hospital. There is off street parking and no permits needed. It’s close to Withdean sports centre if you are into gym/fitness etc. Im a full time professional so I’m out of the house during the day. I enjoy cycling (there is a garage for secure bike storage) and I like being sociable with a glass or two of wine on the weekends. I would like a housemate that feels the place is their home rather than just a lodger but there is plenty of room for you to have your own space. I’m pretty laid back as long as people are honest and respectful. Happy to consider short term let or Monday-Friday as well as long term.
