Single en-suite room in lovely Victorian House near Queenspark. Would suit student as it is AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH ACADEMIC TERM TIME ONLY from 23/09/2024. Monday to Friday let considered at £200 per week. The room is very quiet as it is located in the top of the house, with ensuite shower/toilet/sink for sole use by occupant of the room. There are great sea views from the desk area and the room bright and light with single bed and coffee/tea making facility. The main kitchen of the house is modern and fully equipped and there is a washing machine available for use. The house is non smoking. All bills, council tax and broadband are included. The room needs to be vacated during semester holidays when our son is back home from uni but it is possible to leave belongings in the room - stored away (no charge for academic holiday periods). Easy bicycle parking in rear garden. Car parking permits can be arranged at £4.50 per day..
Great transport links bus no. 1, 2, 18 and 21 very close and walking distance to seafront and Brighton Centre.
