Student house in Kensington Place - bang in the heart of the North Laines.

We’re looking for one person to share an amazing house in one of the best roads in the North Laines - Kensington Place BN1 4EJ.

The house is lovely and is right in the heart of the North Laines. It's the only rental house in the street, so the road has a lovely vibe, is friendly and well kept. The Laine Deli is at the end of the road, La Choza at the other, the Station a few minutes away and it's a short walk to all the Uni buses plus everything you could possibly want in the North Laines. An added bonus- it's a short walk to the seafront.

The living room and kitchen act as a large room together on the ground floor. The house has two bathrooms, a patio garden at the front and small patio at the rear plus a further roof terrace. The utility space has a washing machine and a dryer. The bedroom can fit a single bed or a small double and has storage and a desk. There is also a separate large attic room which can be used for occasional guests.

We’re a very clean and tidy, sociable group of students in our second year. We love to have nights in and out together. We like to cook and keep reasonably fit. We are also conscious that people enjoy having time for themselves and we obviously respect that.

This is a really great student house in one of the best locations in the city.
