The rent is £480 pcm without, and roughly £510-£520 including bills (water, heating, broadband).
Students as well as young professionals are welcome.
You will share the house with three friendly and mature graduate students (mid to late 20s; 1 female and 2 male), and share a furnished kitchen (including washing machine, stove), living room, bathroom with combined shower tub, separate toilet, winter garden, patio outside and garden.
Wild Park as well as a Bus stop is just across the street. The place is ideal for both going to town or Uni, and rather inexpensive for Brighton standards.
