Sunny double room Brighton

We have a bright, garden facing double bedroom for someone who's looking for a lovely house to share with us. The price is inclusive of all bills.

The space is a two-bedroom house with a sweet south facing garden, free parking and cosy feel. Located off of Lewes road.

The bedroom can be let furnished or unfurnished. It currently has a single bed but could easily accommodate a double, a mirror and small chest of drawers. We have other bits of furniture around the house if needed!

Ideally, we're looking for someone who is independent and conscientious but up for a glass of wine in our sunny garden. This would suit someone who has their own things going on and will be respectful of work-life during the week.

We are a gay couple who both work 9-5 and are quite sociable but also like to binge Netflix and chill out at home. Music, films and travelling are our things - we're always looking for the next adventure!
