Myself and my friend Josh are looking for a place to live from around September. We have the option of extending the contract on Josh's current 4 bed property and need to find 2 more housemates in order to do so. It is located on Isfield Road just behind Moulsecoomb station with amazing access to both Brighton Uni Moulsecoomb campus (2 minute walk) and Sussex uni (Via train). All bedrooms are good sized doubles with a large kitchen and living room, a nicely decorated bathroom, separate downstairs toilet, a nice garden, and a garage! Free on street parking is also available. The property is furnished and the rent is £487.50 pcm with bills on top (approx £30-£40) available from August 28th.
We are both friendly and sociable guys who like to go out on the weekends but keep it relatively chill at home. We met last year during a work placement and are both mechanical engineers with interest in all things related.

Would prefer (but not essential) housemates that are either postgrads or working professionals as I am going to be starting a grad scheme and Josh is completing his masters at Sussex. Please let me know if you are interested and we can discuss further.
