£550 per month BILLS INC (Rolling month contract) one month rent in advance and £575 for deposit.

Who you’d be living with:



We're a 30 something professional couple working 9/5, We’re not the partying type.



On the top floor there is one other person who you’d be sharing the bathroom with.



We’re all very friendly and welcoming.




Viewings available during the week in the evenings and also weekends.



No smoking inside the house but there is a little garden where you can smoke.

No pets allowed (we do not have control of this so cannot change)
