Small Double Room in Lovely 7 Dials flat share

To rent is a Small Double room in a 2nd floor flatshare on St Michaels Place, 2 mins walk from 7 Dials, 10 mins walk to Brighton train station, 5 mins walk to Western Rd, 10 mins walk to the seafront. Ideally looking for a female flatmate (the original tenancy agreement is for myself & a female) of any age. Must be Vegetarian/ vegan, ok with occasional cats.
I am an English male, 44, vegan. Very chilled & easy going. Into art, music, films etc.... I play guitar & listen to lots of music.
I'm looking for an easy going, chilled out flatmate to share the place with. It's a lovely space (I've been here since 2013) so I'm wanting to keep the vibes harmonious & cool.
The first rent (£400) will be due on 27th November, with a bond of £400, to be paid by mid November to secure the room. Bills (water, electric, gas, council tax, internet) not included. The room is approx: 100" High, 73" Wide & 186" Long. It's a great space if you can make the most of it. And the front room is very cosy with lots of light & lovely views of the sea.
I'm looking to secure a tenant ASAP. So would like to meet as many times as possible & have the first rent & bond paid by mid November. Any questions, please ask.
