Large maisonette in Central Kemptown, Brighton

Hi there!

I have a lovely large maisonette flat split over multiple levels and am currently looking for new housemates to take on two of the three bedrooms as my current housemates are moving back home.

Room 1 // First Floor Room: A private ensuite with waterfall shower, double bed and large sash window with lots of natural light outlooking to rear shared garden. Large Mirrored sliding wardrobe with shelving units and two rails for clothing.

Room 2 // Second Floor Room: Large room with lots of storage, four clothes rails, and more drawers than you'll need! Double bed and large window looking out on to Roof Terrace.

Large shared Bathroom on second floor // Spacious drench shower, massive bath and plenty of house plants.

Kitchen Diner // Central cooker island, fridge freezer, dishwasher washing machine and large dining table. Again more houseplants.

Shared lounge // Large L shaped sofa, shared use of Smart TV, PS4, Netflix/Prime and board games.

Roof Terrace // Massive roof garden with outdoor bar area (Work in progress!) Large dining table, sun loungers, and comfy seating area with more plants again!

Large entrance hall with shoe and coat storage and various other storage throughout the house if you need it!

As a housemate I enjoy socialising, a good drink and good vegan food, I work from home so like to keep the place clean and tidy up after myself as I go.

I also come paired up with my dog/son Buddy a small terrier who enjoys cuddles, food and barking at seagulls who i co-parent so won't always be here.
