Spare room available in a friendly house share as our present house mates are moving on.
We are group of young working professionals who like to have fun but also respect each others living space. Some of our interests include music, skateboarding and football.
We are located 2 minutes away from The Level park, surrounded by good pubs and only 10 minute walkes to the Lanes, shops and Brighton central train station.
The room will be unfurnished. We have furnished the rest of the house since meeting on Spare Room 3 years ago however. All bills are included in the rental price.
